Terms and Conditions of business:
1. All estimates given in writing and subject to current doorstep selling 14 day
written cancellation policy unless work to commence prior to this as required by
the client, we reserve a right to charge for insurance company written estimates.
2. All work to be carried out as per the estimate unless changes are made by
the client which will be charged at an appropriate additional cost to be advised
at the time before commencement of work.
3. Any additional work deemed necessary during the contract to be advised
and charged extra if agreed with the client.
4. Payment to be made upon satisfactory completion of work unless the job to
take over 2 weeks then an interim payment at this point can be requested once
the client has seen satisfactory progress, no payment to exceed the work
carried out, this will be advised upon engagement of contract.
5. Insurance work to be accepted in writing from the insurance company and
paid upon completion by the householder.
6. All work to be carried out to the highest standard using quality materials,
subject to all local building regulations.
7. Customers statutory rights unaffected.
8. Payment accepted by cash,cheque, Bank credit or most major credit/debit
cards. Full written receipts given for all work carried out.
9. Full third party public liability insurance held to cover duration of contracts.
10. A deposit will be required for any materials made to order ie sealed double
glazing units and upvc windows and doors which is non refundable in the event
of cancelation once these have been made.
11. Any Scaffolding or waste removal skips required will have to be paid for by
the client up front at cost to the contractor.
12. Payment can now be taken via mobile chip and pin terminal accepting
Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Debit, Visa Credit and Amex
